Due to rising sales, Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) has maintained its excellent volume, putting its National Football Team (NFT) collection in fourth place in terms of sales volume.
It has been estimated that the NFT collection has generated $1.53 billion in sales as of May. More than a dozen of the most popular NFT projects in the sector have risen to Mutant Ape Yacht Club’s level of success with this most recent milestone.
Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), CryptoPunks, and Axie Infinity are still ahead of MAYC on the all-time sales volume list.
Twenty thousand mutant apes make up the Mutant Ape Yacht Club, which is formed up of existing bored apes and a bottle of mutant serum.

This month, the NFT project had 6,452 unique monthly users, 10,676 transactions, and a total of around $218.05 million in total transactions.
Although the number of buyers and transactions has decreased, the average sales value has also gone up over this time period.
In August 2021, the average sales value was $20,423.86 (6 ETH) and in January 2022, it was $58,287.34 (approximately 18.9 ETH).
Macy’s sales in the first month of 2022 were $252.33 million. With an average selling value of $92,878.32, the NFT project set a new monthly sales volume record in April 2022.
While writing this article, the floor price of Mutant Ape Yacht Club NFTs was around $36,745.87 (or about $17.99 in ETH).
