Catizen has introduced Game Center, which improves the integration of web2 and web3 gaming with 18 popular titles.
The official introduction of Catizen’s Game Center on August 22, 2024, marked a significant milestone in the gaming industry. This new platform represents a substantial improvement over the previous Catizen Gaming Bot, providing participants with a more comprehensive and improved experience.
The Catizen roadmap previously included 18 popular titles, all of which will be available in the Game Center. The Catizen ecosystem has now incorporated these games, which are already well-established on a variety of web2 platforms, thereby bridging the divide between web2 and web3 gaming.
The Catizen Game Center is not merely an update; it is a comprehensive improvement to the platform’s ecosystem and functionality. In contrast to newer platforms that necessitate development from the ground up, Catizen’s Game Center integrates games that already have a built-in user base. This platform boasts millions of participants through In-App Purchases (IAP) and In-App Advertising (IAA) models. It is anticipated that this action will attract a new generation of active participants, thereby accelerating the expansion of the web3 ecosystem.
The IAP and IAA business models of Catizen have already demonstrated promising results, with a 7% conversion rate of web3 users. With the introduction of the Game Center, Catizen intends to further enhance this rate by attracting a greater number of high-quality users.
The business model of the platform is comprehensive and includes staking rewards and profit-sharing in order to appeal to a broader audience.
In addition, the value of the CATI token is anticipated to increase, and the Catizen ecosystem is expected to be fortified, as users who stake CATI tokens will receive additional airdrops.
The Game Center also establishes the foundation for a substantial $CATI token airdrop, which is expected to involve nearly 30 million users. Catizen endeavors to establish a robust user consensus and stabilize the value of the CATI token by announcing its utility in advance.
In addition to the Game Center, Catizen intends to introduce on-chain trading products, beginning with an options protocol that enables users to purchase one Bitcoin for $10. This product is anticipated to be released in Q3 2024 and will generate revenue that will be utilized to repurchase CATI tokens, thereby increasing their value.
The highly anticipated $CATI token airdrop remains a substantial opportunity for participants, despite a minor delay. In order to guarantee optimal conditions for its launch, such as major exchange listings and adequate liquidity, the airdrop, which was originally scheduled for July 2024, has been postponed.
