In his remark, Raoul Pal, a former manager at Goldman Sachs, made an audacious forecast about Bitcoin.

In a recent speech, Raoul Pal, a former executive at Goldman Sachs, projected that the value of Bitcoin will significantly grow. Pal predicts that Bitcoin’s value might reach $1 million by 2025, as part of a bull cycle that could last four years in the cryptocurrency market.

Pal bases his forecasts on what he calls a “perfect logarithmic trend” in Bitcoin’s performance since 2013. Pal predicts that the economic cycle will reach its height by the year 2025 and offers a price prediction for Bitcoin between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

Pal says that the present bull market cycle is young and has a long way to go, drawing comparisons with the 2016–2017 period when digital asset values increased owing to a huge infusion of liquidity. According to him, important signs of this tendency include the spot BTC ETF’s approaching debut and the April Bitcoin halving.

Pal warned that “these cycles can be crazy” and compared the current cycle to the one that occurred between 2016 and 2017. In the prior cycle, he said, the Federal Reserve didn’t exert much pressure on the US economy, but the expansion of central bank balance sheets caused liquidity to surge by 20%. The expert claims this is what set off a meteoric rise in cryptocurrency prices.

The following was Pal’s last statement: “The final objective is not my focus. Organization is my specialty. However, all I’m doing is illustrating the enormity of the potential. And the oversold level remains one standard deviation. Any stakes are fair game for us. We are just at the beginning.”
