The legendary rap artist Snoop Dogg and the Cardano-based NFT project Clay Nation have revealed a new NFT collection entitled “Snoop Dogg, Gin & Juice” as a part of “Icons by Clay Nation.”

Snoop Dogg announced his cooperation with Clay Nation, a marketplace for collectible Cardano NFTs, in April of last year. The rapper’s declaration generated a stir in the crypto world.

The NFT artwork was made with Snoop Dogg’s son, Champ Medici. Each NFT provides its customers exclusive access to unreleased music and limited-edition goods. Yesterday, Snoop Dogg’s new NFTs on Cardano were revealed through Twitter and are now accessible.

The rap album “Clay Nation Vol.1” was published by Champ Medici in September and included three songs about Cardano and its cryptocurrency ADA. The CD was accessible only to holders of Baked Nation NFTs.

Baked Nation was a virtual land and clay animation collaboration between Clay Nation, Champ Medici, and Snoop Dogg. “Manifest,” “Lil Flex’n,” and “ADA Dreams” were inserted into the metadata of the Baked Nation pitch NFTs as original, unpublished songs. The first NFTs were issued in April of last year.

In addition to gaining exclusive access to the three songs, Baked Nation NFT holders were granted exclusive commercial rights to the music. Like his father Snoop Dogg, Medici avidly supports the Cardano project.

This individual has previously collaborated with Cardano creator Charles Hoskinson on instructional films. In the song “ADA Dreams,” the son of the hip-hop superstar raps about his desire to get wealthy with ADA.

This is not the first time Snoop Dogg has joined a cryptocurrency initiative. Along with Elon Musk, the OG rapper is a well-known collector of the Bored Ape Yacht Club and has often supported Dogecoin.

However, these are just some of his background and crypto world engagement. Among other things, Snoop owns digital land in the sandbox metaverse.

Clay Nation stated a month ago that the Cardano-based project would be merged into The Sandbox Game to increase Web3 compatibility. The experience is being developed with the Singaporean creative firm Smobler Studios.
