The Italian designer and producer of motorcycles Ducati made the announcement that it has released its first NFT collection and has teamed with XRP Ledger for the introduction of the NFT.
The collaboration between Ducati and Ripple was made public for the first time in July 2022, but the debut of the NFT was not scheduled to take place until today. It has not been determined at this time whether or not the launch currently has anything to do with the successful conclusion of the Ripple lawsuit.
The first free NFT collection will be made available on July 26, and it will comprise logos that have been used by Ducati since 1946 on bikes that have been produced.
Users will be required to register within seven days of the launch date in order to be eligible for free NFT beginning with the launch. Users who purchase trotters from the initial collection will also have access to following projects as those projects are released.
