By working together, we can guarantee that validators and other network participants have access to accurate data and can make educated judgements.
FlareDashboard, a community-managed database platform, and Flare Network formed a strategic agreement on Friday, July 14.
The goal of the partnership is to increase visibility in the Flare ecosystem by collecting data on the individuals and organisations responsible for the network’s decentralised operations.
At first, we’ll be concentrating on the companies that provide the price feed data for the Flare Time Series Oracle (FTSO) network.
Flare is a Layer 1 blockchain that aims to decentralise a large amount of information for usage by developers. While other blockchains make it difficult and expensive for developers to have access to many sorts of high-quality data, Flare offers built-in protocols that do just that. It’s optimised for quickly and cheaply processing massive data sets. Ash W, CEO & Co-Founder of FlareDashboard, commented on the new advancement, saying:
“We are proud to have created FlareDashboard, an independent community platform that links infrastructure teams with ecosystem members and has been doing so since the start of the Flare and Songbird ecosystems. Ecosystem members may use this data to effectively delegate tasks to the teams responsible for maintaining and improving the ecosystem.”
The Flare platform centralizes data such as team information, KYC status, company history, data security protocols, infrastructure specifications, and IP addresses. This increases trust in the system overall.
Flaredashboard.io makes this crucial data available to everyone on the network. Service providers of essential infrastructure may also expand the scope of available information. It was said by Hugo Philion, CEO & Co-Founder of Flare Network:
“Flare is pleased to be able to contribute to and promote such a worthwhile community effort as FlareDashboard. They let our community engage more strategically by offering a clear picture of the ecosystem’s participants.”
In the past, the Flare Network has worked on crucial projects to provide reliable blockchain-based decentralized infrastructure. Flare has established a strategic alliance with Ankr, a prominent Web3 industry supplier of cloud infrastructure. The group is working together to enhance the developer-focused Flare Remote Procedure Call (RPC) processes.
