The financial conduct authority of the United Kingdom updated the page where they raised issues against Binance exchange.
In July, The financial conduct authority ( FCA) raised an issue against Binance that Binance exchange is Operating their crypto business in the UK under the name of Binance UK through a subsidiary Binance Limited Market.
At that time, Binance denied all the allegations of having connection & crypto operations in the U.K.
But after a huge Investigation by the FCA, Regulators found that there is no connection between BML & Binance exchange. And also all the operations of BML are under the compliance of regulatory framework.
The CEO of Binance announced this success to prove themself ideal at their work, on twitter. They share links of the official notice where they became free from any kind of allegations by FCA.
Probably this is the biggest success for Binance but still all the problems are not over yet. There are many countries which are doing investigations against Binance. Binance exchange still needed to solve their problems against the scrutiny raised by other country’s regulators.
